I actually took this shot yesterday but only got round to processing it today...its my blog it counts:-) Like many northern towns our little town has had its share of hardship and some areas still await redevelopement like these buildings in the Old High Street. Like ghosts of the past to remind us of our recent history....

Thanks Brian...actually I'd love to see them restore some of the old buildings but conservation doesn't seem to be a priority up here:-(
